Time to write.....

Time to write a few words to u all that have been waiting for some news about the opening and the work going on here.....
Well, starting with the opening party, which went really well.....we had a great night with a lot of friends, the parents and loved once of our empoloyes..
We had a brazilian band playing for a few hours, a buffet with snacks and lots of things to drink...we ended up closing at 02.00 in the night, which isint that late but it is enough for the plaza. You see here at the plaza a discotec or a bar is not allowed, and making to much noice late in the night could give us a visit from the police with a bill......For this reason, we decided to keep it short.
Now when we already have the hotel, its very important for us too that there isnt to much noice late anymore eather.
I will put up some pictures on my blog from the party when i have time to download them.....we will see when that would be.

So, now we are finally open, actually since monday and its going very well.....
We sell daily 50 lunches and another 50 of menu plates in the evening. We have space at once for 70 people, so we are really using 80% of our whole capacity during those hours....
later on we hope to fill up the place even more but for now its more than enough for the workers to handle...
Everything is new and takes more time so 50 at once is just fine. The kitchen is doing a good job too, now on thursday im sitting the first time in the bar insted of being in the kitchen from 06.-23.00.... I was working in the morning shift and now at 20.00 i put myself here at the bar......making sure that everything is okey in the kitchen but not entering all the time! its very important that the guys learn to think for them selfs, they are ready for that by now since ive been thinking for them all for 4 days now from morning until night.

There is still a lot of hard work to do but a lot of it done already, we really trained tham better than we tought....

So, for now i will leave u and go and see how the kitchen is doing....
